Basic function
- Frequency adjustment: Users adjust controller frequency to optimize vibrating body for smoother, quieter, and energy-saving feeding.
- High-precision automatic voltage stabilization: Digital circuit stabilizes voltage, automatically correcting feeding speed changes due to power supply fluctuations.
- Adjustable slow start: Output voltage gradually increases from zero to preset to minimize impact on the vibration plate when starting.Users can digitally preset the slow start time. It supports NPN type sensors or PLC remote full/empty shutdown control.
- Switch sensor full/empty stop: Support NPN type sensor or PLC remote full/empty stop control.
- Photoelectric sensor full/empty stop: support photoelectric counter sensor full/empty stop control.
- Remote speed control: the controller can directly use the external potentiometer, PLC or 1-5V voltage signal to control the output voltage remotely.
- DC control output: the controller can output DC low voltage control signal to drive the solenoid valve and other devices to work with the controller.
- Keypad lock: Long press the on/off key to lock all keys to prevent users from misoperation.
- Maximum Output Voltage Setting: Set the maximum adjustable voltage to prevent the user from misoperation and outputting too much voltage to damage the vibration equipment.
- Overheating protection: When the controller working temperature is too high, it will stop output to protect itself.
- Over-current protection: When the working current of the controller exceeds the rated current, the system stops the output to protect the controller and vibration equipment.
- Recoverable short circuit protection: When a short circuit occurs at the output, the system stops the output and does not blow the fuse to protect the controller and vibration equipment. After the short circuit is cleared, the system can be re-energized to work normally again.
