Automatic Speed Stabilization: The controller automatically adjusts voltage in real-time. Thus, it ensures consistent feeding speed, regardless of workpiece changes.
Fool-proof Automatic Frequency Search: This function quickly determines the optimal working frequency and other related parameters, simplifying user operation.
Automatic Voltage Stabilization: Even without automatic speed stabilization enabled, the controller eliminates feeding speed changes caused by power supply fluctuations and industrial frequency AC beat frequency effects.
Synchronous Output: This function synchronously locks the outputs of multiple controllers at the same frequency and phase, preventing beat frequency issues.
Full/Empty Material Shutdown: The controller provides a switch sensor signal input interface for full/empty material shutdown control with adjustable slow start time, open delay, close delay, logical direction setting, and other control functions.
Sensor Adaptation: Additionally, the controller adapts effortlessly to both NPN and PNP sensors, ensuring seamless compatibility and reliability.

Remote Speed Control: The controller allows for direct control of output voltage or feeding speed using an external potentiometer, PLC, 1~5V voltage signal, or 4~20mA power signal.
