The SDVC311 series digital frequency modulation vibration feeder controller is a compact, universal output controller offering unique performance with the latest electronic technology and careful design. Key features include:
- Output frequency range: 5.0Hz to 400.0Hz with 0.1Hz accuracy.
- Brake function: Quickly stops the vibration plate by shifting the current by 180° during the slow closing process.
- Intelligent photoelectric port supports photoelectric sensors, NPN, or PNP switch sensors.
- Full material stop port supports NPN, PNP, or automatic adaptation types.
- Control output port supports NPN, PNP, or push-pull output mode.
- Comprehensive protection functions: short circuit protection for the main output, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, power supply undervoltage/overvoltage protection, control output short circuit protection, 24V output short circuit protection, speed control 5V output short circuit protection.
Compared with the SDVC31-M controller, this product shows significant performance improvements:
- Output frequency increased from 40.0-400.0Hz.
- Maximum on/off delay for intelligent photoelectric and full material stop ports increased from 20.0 seconds to 99.9 seconds.
- New slow closing function: 0.0~10.0 seconds to slowly stop the vibration plate.
- New brake function: 0~100 brake cycles to quickly stop the vibration plate.
- Added PNP sensor support to the intelligent photoelectric port.
- Upgraded full material stop port from NPN and PNP selection to software setting, including automatic mode.
- Control output port upgraded from NPN output to NPN, PNP, and push-pull modes.
- New control output port on/off delay: 0.0~99.9 seconds.
- New control output mode: delay mode and hold mode.
- New measurement function to monitor temperature, bus voltage, output current, analog speed control port A voltage, port B signal voltage, port C signal voltage, port D output voltage, and 24V output voltage.
