Basic functions
- Frequency adjustment: Users can adjust the output frequency of the controller to find the optimal operating frequency of the vibrating body, achieving a smoother, quieter, and energy-saving feeding effect.
- High-precision automatic voltage regulation: Built-in digital voltage regulation circuit can automatically eliminate feeding speed changes caused by power supply voltage fluctuations.
- Adjustable slow start: When starting, the output voltage will gradually increase from zero to the preset voltage to eliminate the impact on the vibratory bowl feeder. Users can digitally preset the slow start time. It supports NPN type sensors or PLC remote full/empty shutdown control.
- Switch sensor full/empty shutdown: Supports NPN type sensor or PLC remote full/empty shutdown control.
- Photoelectric sensor full/empty shutdown: Supports photoelectric counter-shooting sensor full/empty shutdown control.
- Remote speed control: Users can remotely control the output voltage directly using an external potentiometer, PLC, or 1~5V voltage signal.
- DC control output: The controller can output a DC low-voltage control signal to drive equipment such as solenoid valves to work with the controller.
- Keyboard lock: long press the on/off key to lock all keys to prevent users from operating by mistake.
- Maximum output voltage setting: set the maximum adjustable voltage to prevent users from operating by mistake and outputting excessive voltage to damage the vibration equipment.
- Overheat protection: when the operating temperature of the controller is too high, the output will stop for self-protection.
- Overcurrent protection: when the operating current of the controller exceeds the rated current, the output will stop to protect the controller and the vibration equipment.
- Recoverable short circuit protection: when a short circuit occurs at the output end, the controller will stop output and the fuse will not be blown to protect the controller and the vibration equipment. After the output end is no longer short-circuited, the controller can work normally again after powering on.
