In the short video, the vibratory feeder bowl receives bulk scoops from the storage hopper. The bowl system simulates and orients the scoops with the opening facing outward and the handle side down. The scoops are then discharged through the release mechanism onto the inline track.

The system operates at a requested rate of 40 parts per minute. Typical rates for this type of product in a vibratory bowl range from 20 to 60 PPM, depending on the scoop size. Depending on the application’s needs, various scoop sizes can be run in the same feeder bowl.
